Competitive contractor pay
$24.50 – $30.00 per hour based on experience and specialty. Paid on a regular schedule.

What we look for
Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds — health coaching, hypnotherapy, nutrition, mental performance, fitness, mindfulness, and more. What unites them is a professional practice, strong ethics, and a genuine commitment to their clients.
- Relevant certification or licensure in your coaching specialty
- Prior 1:1 client experience (in person or virtual)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private, quiet space
- Comfort using video conferencing and a modern web browser
- Availability for at least a few sessions per week
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the U.S.
