About the role
As a part-time virtual wellness coach, you'll support employees at the organizations we serve through confidential one-on-one video sessions. You choose your hours, we handle scheduling, intake, billing, and admin so you can focus entirely on the coaching relationship.
What you'll do
Deliver confidential one-on-one virtual wellness coaching sessions to employees.
Help clients set, track, and reach realistic health and lifestyle goals.
Write clear, timely progress notes after each session in the coach portal.
Publish and maintain your availability calendar so clients can book with you.
Refer clients to appropriate clinical care when needs fall outside coaching scope.
What we're looking for
Background in health, wellness, counseling, nutrition, fitness, or a related field.
Prior coaching, counseling, or client-facing wellness experience.
Reliable high-speed WiFi and a private, quiet space for virtual visits.
Comfortable using a laptop, video calls, and a web-based coaching portal.
Strong professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
Two professional references and verifiable work history.

About the role
Subconscious Therapy Works is seeking an experienced and compassionate Virtual Wellness Strategist Program Manager to oversee and support our team of Virtual Wellness Strategists. This leadership role ensures strategists are equipped to provide high-quality, consistent, and engaging wellness support to employees in our Corporate Wellness Program. The Program Manager serves as a mentor, coach, and resource — this role does not provide medical advice or treatment. Bonus opportunities may be available based on program growth, quality assurance, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
What you'll do
Supervise and support a team of Virtual Wellness Strategists.
Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching and support meetings with each strategist.
Lead monthly team meetings covering updates, best practices, and program initiatives.
Guide participant engagement, wellness coaching techniques, and communication strategies.
Help strategists navigate challenging participant situations within program scope.
Review wellness documentation for quality, consistency, and compliance.
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with onboarding and training new Wellness Strategists.
Coordinate continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Serve as the primary contact for program questions and operational concerns.
Collaborate with leadership to improve program effectiveness and participant outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, psychology, human services, wellness, business, education, or a related field preferred.
Minimum three years in wellness coaching, health promotion, behavioral health, or employee wellness.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms and electronic documentation systems.
Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.

About the role
Subconscious Therapy Works is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Corporate Wellness Business Development Manager to expand our Corporate Wellness Program by securing new employer partnerships. You will identify prospective employers, build relationships with business leaders and human resource professionals, conduct presentations, and help organizations implement our corporate wellness solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and earning uncapped commissions based on performance.
What you'll do
Identify and prospect businesses that could benefit from employee wellness programs.
Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, benefits managers, and executive leadership.
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations of the Corporate Wellness Program.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community engagement.
Schedule discovery meetings with prospective employer clients.
Prepare and present customized wellness proposals.
Negotiate service agreements within company guidelines.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track prospects.
Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the Corporate Wellness Program Director to develop employer wellness solutions.
Transition newly signed employer clients to the implementation team for onboarding.
Represent Subconscious Therapy Works at networking events, business expos, and community organizations.
What we're looking for
Minimum two years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or corporate relationship experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to develop long-term business relationships.
Experience selling healthcare, wellness, insurance, employee benefits, HR services, or professional services preferred but not required.
Commission structure
One-time commission equal to 15% of the employer's first monthly contract value.
Commission is earned once the employer signs the Corporate Wellness Service Agreement.
And once the employer's first monthly payment has been successfully received.
